Pasticceria Ditrizio has been opened in Cagliari as new adventure of Piero Ditrizio and his partner Valentina Fais.
The Pasticceria his the result of the long route of education and research that Piero start’s from Barletta, when he approached the pastry world working with his father’s patisserie, landing to the Boscolo Étoile Academy, first as a internship and after as a pastry chef and professor, following up with many other experience all over the world such as the Hibiscus of Claude Bosi (as pastry chef), the Four Seasons (Singapore).
The agency assignment was to create the brand of the Pasticceria Ditrizio, collaborating on the set up of the shop, working on the storytelling and embracing and communicating all the knowledge, passion and experience behind the world of Piero Ditrizio.
The storytelling aims to communicate the contemporary proposal that starts from tradition with an eye to the innovation and research on the raw materials both on sweets and salty.
Pasticceria Ditrizio has been awarded with "Due Torte" on the Gambero Rosso "Pasticceri&Pasticcerie 2022" guide.
Piero Ditrizio has been awarded with “Pasticcere emergente 2022” by Gambero Rosso.
